General Personal Data Protection Law

In line with the General Policy on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data, all people can make their requests regarding the rights provided for in the LGPD (General Law for the Protection of Personal Data). To be served, the data subject must complete the Data Subject Rights form and send it to the Samarco Data Protection Officer for evaluation.
